•  Announcements--  Pop-up important announcements sent to every parent and stored for reference.

• Photo Gallery—Teachers are able to take class pictures on their mobile and immediately download to the App in their class section, for parents to view. These will typically be class photos of activities happening occasionally. Our normal Facebook families will continue with more regular basis photos.

• Resources—Resources will contain a variety of items, links, forms, and information all under one section, making it easier for parents to access content.

• School Calendar—An updatable calendar of all holiday programmes, public holidays and upcoming events available at parents finger tips.

• Payment Portal --- We have partnered with YOCO to provide an app based secure payment portal. Pay anytime, from anywhere, another function to make your life easier. 

• Partners—A list of trusted partners we use at Secret Garden such as photographer, food platters and swimming school

• Extramural—All available extramural activities available at Secret Garden with links directly to their websites. 

• Contact Details—Essential management contact details and the number for the school phone always left at Secret Garden. There is also a list of emergency numbers parents may find helpful when assistance  is needed. 

• Parent Communication-- Teachers can email and WhatsApp parents from the App. Parents can reply to WhatsApp directly to the teacher. 

• Daily/Weekly Reports—No more communication books. Teachers send reports straight to the designated parent’s WhatsApp or email. We have a form exclusively for babies communication which contains the categories currently printed in the baby communication book.

• Class Photos—  Capture the essence of occasional classroom moments with our Photos feature, allowing teachers to upload spontaneous snapshots of class activities to the app's photo section.  

• Individual Photos— This feature is a delightful way to share personal milestones—be it the first day of school or a birthday—by sending individual cherished photos privately to both parents' emails.    (We are sure this will soon become a favorite).

• Attendance Register---  While not directly involving parents, the app's Attendance Register feature allows teachers to efficiently mark attendance, streamlining administrative tasks so they can focus more on teaching.
