Swimming Lesson at Secret Garden
Swimming Included in Our Fees
We have an in house swimming school operated by our own fully qualified staff. The pool is completely enclosed and heated so that we are able to swim during most of the year. We feel that swimming is an essential life skill in South Africa with so many domestic swimming pools and water bodies.
The swimming lessons are included in the monthly fees. The children have 1 half hour lesson per week. Secret Garden is committed to teach every child that passes through our school to swim before they leave.
Secret Swimmers Lessons
Children who are 3 years old and fully toilet trained have lessons included in the school fees.
The lessons take place in the morning. If you wish, parents are welcome to let their children have extra lessons in the afternoon from the Glide Swimming School instructors based at Secret Garden.
Children who are enrolled for half day are welcome to stay for their swimming lesson at no extra charge.
Our Teachers
Our swimming instructors (Teacher Becky, Teacher Kylie & Teacher Tee) are fully trained and qualified Swim Dynamics swim instructors.
The pool is shallow at both ends so they are able to teach 2 seperate lessons at once without crowding.
